Every LUXE order ships inside a custom-built protective crate — standard on all orders. Your fixtures are engineered to arrive exactly as they left our floor, whether they're traveling across the state or across the country.
Damage-Free Guarantee
If it arrives damaged, we make it right.
In the rare event something is damaged in transit, we stand behind it. Here's all we ask at the time of delivery:
- 1 Ask the delivery driver to document the damage and sign for it at delivery.
- 2 Take clear photos of both the packaging and the affected pieces.
- 3 Reach out to us right away — we'll take it from there and make it right.
