Price Match Guarantee
We will price match all “like for like” items based on the advertised price with a few conditions. “Like for like” means the specifications of the items are identical. Shipping and handling must be considered as part of the price. Price matching is limited to items we have in inventory. We limit price matching to 15 days from the date of purchase. We limit price matching to a specific list of competitors (available upon request by sending us a message on our CONTACT US page.
Damage-Free Shipping Guarantee*
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, we will work with you to resolve the issue to your complete satisfaction. Please contact us immediately by calling 954-922-9300 or 800-292-5227 or sending us a message on our CONTACT US page. You DO NOT have to contact the carrier or the trucking company (unless you arranged for the shipping).
Hassle-Free Returns Guarantee
Return any stocked item within 30 days for a full refund. Returns must be in original condition and packaging or be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Customized and special order products are non-refundable. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to our warehouse. Please contact us by calling 954-922-9300 or 1-800-292-5227 or sending us a message on our CONTACT US page if you need help arranging transportation of the item back to our warehouse.
Same-Day Shipping Guarantee
All orders of in-stock products that ship as parcels ordered by noon ET will ship the same day. Due to the complexity of palletizing freight shipments to minimize shipping cost and the potential for damage, this guarantee is not feasible for orders required to ship by LTL / freight carriers.

To ensure claims are filed within the 10-day window, please open all packages upon receipt.
For FedEx / UPS Shipments:
If you notice damage to the box please take photos of it BEFORE opening it.
If you notice damage to the products inside the box, please take photos of the damaged product(s) as well as the box(es). Be sure to SAVE all the packaging. Email the photos to sales@displayarama.com along with invoice number and contact information.
For Common Carrier (LTL / Freight) Shipments:
It is the client’s responsibility to visually INSPECT ALL PALLETS AND CARTONS AT DELIVERY to identify any visible damage. It is also the client’s responsibility to COUNT ALL BOXES to ensure the order was delivered complete. We highly recommend taking photos of all sides of each pallet prior to signing any paperwork.
When a pallet / carton is visibly damaged upon at time of delivery, IT MUST BE NOTED ON THE DELIVERY RECEIPT / BILL OF LADING / SIGNATURE SYSTEM. The DRIVER MUST ALSO SIGN all copies. In this situation, it is also REQUIRED TO GET PHOTOS of all sides of each pallet as well as additional photos of damaged packing materials and products.

DO NOT DISPOSE OF ANY DAMAGED GOODS until the claim has been settled by the carrier as they have the “rite of salvage”. Prematurely disposing of the damaged goods may prevent winning the claim.
By documenting damage during the delivery along with getting a signed driver acknowledgment, you facilitate us being able to file a claim using the insurance on the shipment as well as holding the shipping company accountable for the damage.
For Concealed Damage:
If you notice damage to products after the driver has left that wasn’t visible during the delivery, please TAKE PHOTOS OF THE DAMAGE WITH THE PRODUCTS STILL IN THE PACKAGING WITHIN 24 HOURS.

SAVE ALL PACKAGING in case it is needed for inspection by the shipping company.
