These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at https://displayarama.com, our online store, our employee portal at https://team.displayarama.com, our forms, and our text message (SMS) and email programs (together, the “Services”), operated by DISPLAYARAMA Enterprises, LLC (“DISPLAYARAMA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services, place an order, or enroll in our text message program. By using the Services, you confirm that you are 18 or older and able to enter into a binding agreement.
3. SMS / Text Messaging Program Terms
3.1 Program description. DISPLAYARAMA sends text messages to people who have opted in by entering their mobile number on one of our online forms and checking a consent checkbox. Messages include:
- Customer messages: order confirmations, quote follow-ups, shipping and delivery updates, and customer-care messages.
- Employee messages (“DISPLAYARAMA Team”): work-related messages for our employees, including schedule changes, holiday and closure notices, time-off request updates, HR document reminders (such as handbook acknowledgment signing links), safety and emergency alerts, and occasional birthday and work-anniversary greetings.
We send promotional text messages only to people who separately opted in to marketing texts. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of employment.
3.2 Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your orders, account activity, or work schedule and alerts.
3.3 Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details. DISPLAYARAMA does not charge for text messages.
3.4 How to opt out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP in reply to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further text messages unless you opt in again. To opt back in, reply START or submit our opt-in form again.

3.6 Carrier liability. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and device, and DISPLAYARAMA is not responsible for messages that are delayed or not delivered.
3.7 Age requirement. You must be 18 years of age or older to enroll in our SMS program.
3.8 Privacy. We handle your mobile number and SMS consent as described in our Privacy Policy at https://displayarama.com/privacy-policy/. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
3.9 Changes to the SMS program. We may change or end the SMS program at any time. If you change or deactivate your mobile number, please text STOP from the old number or contact us so we can update our records.
4. Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy at https://displayarama.com/privacy-policy/, which explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
5. Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login information confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you believe your account has been used without your permission. The employee portal is for authorized DISPLAYARAMA employees only.
6. Orders, Pricing, Shipping and Returns
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, or limits on quantities. Prices, product descriptions, and availability may change without notice. Shipping costs, freight charges, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout or on your quote; delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Returns, refunds, and warranty claims are handled under the return, warranty, and freight terms stated on your quote, invoice, or product page, or as otherwise agreed with us in writing.
7. Use of the Services
You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose; to interfere with or disrupt the Services; to try to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services; or to submit false information.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Services, including text, product photos, store layouts, graphics, logos, and the DISPLAYARAMA® name and marks, is owned by or licensed to DISPLAYARAMA and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content or images without our written permission.
9. Third-Party Links
The Services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those websites.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, EXCEPT AS STATED IN A WRITTEN PRODUCT WARRANTY OR AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DISPLAYARAMA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO A PRODUCT OR ORDER WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THAT PRODUCT OR ORDER.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
