What to Expect When Slatwall Arrives at Your Business
You should be prepared with a few tools, friends/teammates to help unload, and a smile on your face! Here’s an example of what a slatwall order looks like when it arrives at your business.

Our Crating Process:
- The slatwall is pulled from the warehouse racking and inspected to ensure there is no damage.
- The slatwall is loaded on the appropriately sized pallet.
- Wood panels are cut to cover the left, right, front, and back side of the pallet.
- 2×4 corners are cut to the proper height to protect the corners.
- The wood panels and 2×4 wood blocks are attached to the pallet, and to each other using screws and glue.
- A cover is placed on top of the pallet to protect the top.
- Straps are put in double bands going both ways to keep everything nice and tight.
- Our pallet is safely shipped to you!
How to Be Prepared for a Slatwall Delivery
Please be sure to have either a forklift or people power ready to unload slatwall upon arrival!

Forklift
If you have a forklift with 6 ft or 8 ft long fork extensions, this is the easiest way to unload the truck.

People Power
If you don't have a forklift, you will need to unload the slatwall panels with 2-4 people to do it quickly.

Tools
You will need a drill, scissors, and a hammer to open the crate with ease. Don't worry, it's fairly easy to open!
