How many panels qualify for bulk pricing?+
Orders of 10 or more 4'×8' panels qualify for bulk pricing. The discount scales with volume — the more panels on your order, the lower your per-panel price. Fill out the form above for the current price sheet.
Will you beat a competitor's bulk quote?+

What's on the bulk price sheet?+

What are the standard panel dimensions?+
Standard panels are 4'×8' (48"×96"), ¾" thick. We also stock 4'×4' panels, which are easier for solo installers to handle and can ship with a lift gate.
How much weight can slatwall hold?+
Standard MDF grooves hold 30 lbs per groove. Panels with aluminum inserts hold 100 lbs per groove — the right choice for heavy merchandise, tools, or garage storage.
What's the difference between 3" and 6" slat spacing?+
3" spacing is standard and gives you the most merchandising flexibility. 6" spacing creates a cleaner shiplap look. Both use the exact same accessories, so you can mix them in one order.
How are bulk slatwall orders delivered?+
By freight. Panels are palletized and crated for protection, and the driver schedules a delivery appointment with you in advance. Note: 4'×8' panels must be manually offloaded by two people — 4'×4' panels can use a lift gate.
What if my panels arrive damaged?+
If damage is visible on arrival, get an Exception Number from the driver, photograph everything, and refuse the shipment. For hidden damage discovered after delivery, call us immediately at 1-800-292-5227 — we'll make it right.

What material are the panels made from?+
MDF — medium density fiberboard, denser and more durable than particle board. All panels are CARB compliant, meeting California's formaldehyde emission standards.
Can panels be cut to size?+
Yes. Panels cut cleanly with a circular or table saw using a fine-toothed blade — mark your cuts on painter's tape for the cleanest edge. Cutouts for outlets can be made with a jigsaw or keyhole saw.
How much does each panel weigh?+
4'×8' panels weigh 75–90 lbs each; 4'×4' panels weigh around 45 lbs. Plan your offloading and install crew accordingly on large orders.
How are bulk slatwall orders delivered?+
By freight. Panels are palletized and crated for protection, and the driver schedules a delivery appointment with you in advance so you know exactly when your order arrives.
Can my order use a lift gate?+
4'×4' panels can ship with a lift gate. 4'×8' panels cannot — they must be manually offloaded one at a time by two people. Plan to have help on-site for delivery day.
What if my panels arrive damaged?+
