This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and protect it, how our text messaging (SMS) program works, and the choices and rights you have. 1. Who We Are

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the information we need to provide the Services.

Information you give us directly:

• Contact information: name, company name, email address, mailing and shipping address, and phone number, including mobile phone number.
• Account and order information: account login details, items ordered, quotes requested, order history, and shipping and billing details.
• Payment information: payments are processed by our third-party payment processors. We do not store full credit card numbers on our systems.
• Messages and form submissions: information you send through contact forms, quote requests, chat, email, or text messages.
• SMS consent: your mobile number, the date and time you opted in, and the form or method you used to opt in.
• Employment information (employees and job applicants only): information submitted through our job application and employee forms, such as work history, emergency contacts, time-off requests, and signed acknowledgments.

Information collected automatically:

• Device and usage information: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages viewed, time spent on pages, referring website, and dates and times of visits.
• Cookies and similar technologies: described in Section 7.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Process and fulfill orders, quotes, payments, shipping, and returns;
• Create and manage your account;
• Respond to your questions and provide customer service;
• Send transactional messages, such as order confirmations, shipping updates, and appointment or account notices;

• Manage employment-related matters for our employees and job applicants, such as scheduling, time off, HR documents, and safety alerts;

4. SMS / Text Messaging Program and Opt-In

We send text messages only to people who have given us express consent to receive them.

• How you opt in: You opt in by entering your mobile number on one of our online forms and checking a consent checkbox that is not pre-checked. Employees opt in through our “Emergency Contact & Consent” form. Customers opt in through forms on our website that clearly describe the messages they will receive. Consent is never a condition of purchase or employment.
• What messages you may receive: Customers may receive order, quote, shipping, and customer-care messages. Employees may receive work-related messages, including schedule changes, time-off updates, HR document reminders, and safety or emergency alerts. We send promotional text messages only to people who separately opted in to marketing texts.
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
• Opting out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.
• Help: Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the information in Section 12.

5. No Sharing of Mobile Information or SMS Opt-In Data

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us deliver our text messages (such as our messaging platform and telecommunications carriers), who may use it only to provide that service.

All of the categories of sharing described in Section 6 exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties for their own purposes.

6. How We Share Information

We share personal information only as described here:

• Service providers that perform services for us, such as payment processing, shipping and freight carriers, website hosting, our customer relationship management and messaging platform, email delivery, payroll, and IT support. They may use your information only to perform services for us.
• Legal and safety reasons: when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of DISPLAYARAMA, our customers, our employees, or others.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, sale, financing, or transfer of all or part of our business, subject to this Privacy Policy.
• With your consent: for any other purpose you agree to.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate and improve the Services.

• Request deletion: contact us to ask that we delete your personal information, subject to information we must keep for legal, tax, employment-record, or order-history reasons.

To make a request, contact us using the information in Section 12. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity first.

10. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to meet legal, accounting, tax, and employment-record requirements. When it is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

11. Children’s Privacy and Age Requirement

The Services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and our text message program is intended only for individuals 18 years of age or older. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
