How many units do I need to qualify for bulk pricing?
Any order of 4 or more display cases qualifies for bulk pricing. Discounts scale up as your quantity increases — the more you order, the better the per-unit price.
How do I get a custom bulk quote?

Do you have enough inventory for a large order?
Yes. We keep 200 to 1,000 display cases in stock across all variations at any given time, so even large buildouts ship without long backorder waits.
Do cases come with locks?
Every unit ships with a plunger or ratchet lock and two keys standard. Wall cases have built-in locks to protect high-value products from theft.
What's the difference between Full Vision and Extra Vision?
Full Vision cases have a glass front and top with solid sides. Extra Vision cases add glass on the sides too — glass front, top, and sides for maximum multi-angle visibility.
Can I customize cases to match my store's branding?
Yes — choose black, white, maple, or cherry frames, add custom LED lighting (6,000K white or RGB color-changing), and put custom graphics or logos on the sides or kickplates.
Can display cases be delivered pre-assembled?
Yes — for an additional fee we'll assemble every unit and ship it ready to use. Shipping runs higher, but it saves significant setup time on large orders.
What happens if a case is damaged during shipping?
We replace it at no cost. Photograph the damage, note it on the delivery receipt, and send us the photos — we file the freight claim and ship the replacement.
