Is shipping really free on all trophy cases?
Yes. Every trophy case on this page ships free — with no minimum order. Your case is crated and protected at no extra cost, and delivery appointments are scheduled free of charge so you know exactly when it arrives.
Do trophy cases come with locks?
Yes. Every case ships with a plunger or ratchet lock and two keys standard, so trophies, awards, and memorabilia stay secure in hallways, lobbies, and high-traffic areas.
What sizes are available?
Our most popular trophy cases are 72" and 78" tall. Exact height, width, and depth are listed on each individual product page. If you need a size that isn't listed, call 1-800-292-5227 — we build custom.
What's the difference between Full Vision and Extra Vision?
Full Vision cases have a glass front and glass top with solid sides. Extra Vision cases add glass on the sides as well, giving you visibility from every angle — the better choice when the case sits in the middle of a lobby or hallway rather than flush against a wall.
What lighting options are available?
Custom LED lighting at 6,000K white light can be installed on the sides, the top, or all the way around the case. RGB color-changing LEDs are also available if you want to light the case in your school or team colors.
Can I match a case to our school or team colors?
Yes, we can customize any cases color to your request. Our normal frames are available in black, silver, white, maple, and cherry, and we can also add custom graphics or a logo to the side panels or kickplate. Call 1-800-292-5227 to talk through a custom build.
Are the shelves adjustable?
Most models use adjustable glass shelving so you can space rows to fit tall trophies on one shelf and plaques or smaller awards on another. Shelf count and spacing for a specific model are listed on its product page.
How long does assembly take?
Plan on 45–90 minutes per case. The first one takes the longest — if you're setting up several, each one after that goes noticeably faster. Assembly videos are in the section above.
Can trophy cases be delivered pre-assembled?
Yes, for an additional fee. We assemble the case, crate it, and ship it ready to use — a good option when you're installing on a tight timeline or don't have staff available to build it on site.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes — 4 or more cases qualify for bulk pricing. Schools, athletic departments, and multi-location facilities order this way regularly. Call 1-800-292-5227 or fill out the bulk pricing form for a quote.
What happens if a case arrives damaged?
We replace it at no cost to you. Photograph the damage, note it on the delivery receipt, and send us the photos — we file the freight claim ourselves and ship the replacement. Every order includes a free protective crate specifically to prevent this.
Where do trophy cases work best?
Anywhere you want awards seen and protected: school hallways and gym lobbies, athletic department entryways, martial arts studios, clubhouses, corporate offices, and municipal buildings. Cases sit flush against a wall, so they display without eating into floor space.
