What size display cases do you have?
Our cases come in 2 styles. Full Vision cases: 48"×18"×38", 70"×18"×38", and 48"×18"×78". Extra Vision cases: 48"×20"×38", 70"×20"×38", and 48"×20"×72".
What is the difference between Full Vision and Extra Vision?
A Full Vision case has glass on the top and front with solid side panels and a slightly taller kickplate. An Extra Vision case has glass on all four sides plus the top and bottom — maximum visibility from every angle.
Do display cases come with lights?
Extra Vision display cases come standard with LED lights across the top, mirrored doors, and a plunger lock. We also offer custom LED lighting on 2 sides, 3 sides, or all around the frame — call us to discuss options.
What custom lighting options are available?
We use 6,000K LED lighting applied with adhesive inside any display case. Options include left/right sides, left/right/top, or all around the frame. We also offer RGB color-changing lights. Call us to discuss custom lighting.
What display case colors are available?
We carry black, white, maple, and cherry display cases. Additional colors can be chosen at formica.com and incorporated into a custom display case design.
Do display cases come with locks?
Yes — all our showcases come with either a plunger lock or ratchet lock unless specified otherwise. Locks are included because it's the right thing to do.
Can display cases be customized?
Yes. Common customizations include LED lighting around the frame, vinyl logos/designs on the sides or kickplate, powder coating the frame, adding drawers, and custom graphics. Call us to explore options.
How much weight can each shelf hold?
Use good judgment. Our cases have served gun stores, hardware suppliers, sports card shops, jewelry stores, pawn shops, and many others — we have not received calls about shelves breaking due to weight. The longer screws on our standards hold significantly more weight than competitors.
How long does assembly take?
Roughly 45–90 minutes per case. The first one takes longest as you learn the process — each subsequent case goes faster. Detailed instructions are included with every order.
Can display cases be shipped assembled?
Yes — we assemble and ship anywhere in the country. The cost is higher because assembly takes time and assembled cases take up more truck space, but you'll save significant setup time at your store.

What happens if glass breaks during shipping?
We replace it at no cost. Take photos of the damage, sign the delivery receipt as damaged, and send us the photos. We file the freight claim and ship replacements right away.
What size display cases do you have?
Full Vision: 48"×18"×38", 70"×18"×38", 48"×18"×78". Extra Vision: 48"×20"×38", 70"×20"×38", 48"×20"×72". Standard height is 38" tall; wall display cases range 72"–78".
What is an Extra Vision display case?
Think "Extra Visibility" — glass on the left side, right side, top, and bottom. Maximum visibility from every angle, ideal for high-traffic areas.
What is a Full Vision display case?
Glass on the top and front, with solid panels on the left and right sides. The bottom kickplate is slightly taller.
What store layouts work best for display cases?
The most common layouts we see are L-shape, U-shape, kiosk square, and straight line. We sell display cases and checkout counters independently for maximum layout flexibility.
What is a display case corner used for?
Corners serve double duty: on the customer-facing side they display products, and on the employee-facing side they provide storage space.
What display case colors are available?
Black, white, maple, and cherry. Additional colors can be sourced from formica.com for custom builds.
What custom lighting options do you have?

Can I add custom graphics to display cases?
Yes — custom designs can be added to the sides or bottom kickplate for events, trade shows, or permanent store branding.
What shelving options are inside display cases?
We carry glass shelves that extend front-to-back for maximum display space per square foot. Supporting brackets are also available.
Can I add drawers under display cases?
Extra Vision Display Cases have the option to add one or multiple drawers under each case. Call us for pricing.
What makes DISPLAYARAMA display cases different?
The small details: longer screws on standards for heavier loads without stripping; rolling wheel door tracks that never jam; Styrofoam and paper glass protection; cases are cleaned of metal debris before packaging; and locks included standard with every case.
How long does assembly take?
Roughly 45–90 minutes per case. First case takes longest due to the learning curve — each subsequent case goes faster.
What tools do I need?
We recommend: screwdriver, rubber mallet, razor blade, and scissors. That's it — no special tools required.
How do I unload display cases from the truck?
The truck driver uses a lift gate to lower the pallet to the floor and brings it to your door. Cut the straps, unscrew one side of the wood crating, and pull boxes out one at a time. Have at least one person on-site to help carry them in.
Can I add a swinging door to the side of a display case?
Yes — carefully drill through the side or top frame to attach hinges. Some prefer vertically opening doors; others prefer a two-way hinge. Call us for guidance.

What if my display case glass breaks during shipping?
We replace it at no cost. Photograph the damage, note it on the delivery receipt, and send us the photos. We file the freight claim and ship replacements immediately.
Can I buy a checkout counter with a flat top?
Yes. We also custom build checkout counters with logos, ADA-compliant designs, wheels, locking drawers, and back-side storage — delivered fully assembled. Call to discuss.
