What display cases work best for jewelry stores?

Do your display cases come with locks?
Yes — every display case ships with a lock and two keys standard. Depending on the model, this is either a ratchet lock or a plunger lock. Both are secure and designed for daily retail use. If you need additional key copies or a specific lock type, just call us at 1-800-292-5227 and we'll help you find the right solution.
What lighting options are available for jewelry display cases?
Some of our jewelry display cases come standard with built-in LED lighting across the top. LED lighting can also be installed on the sides, top, or all around the interior.
Do you offer checkout counters with display glass?
Yes — we can offer custom glass-front checkout counters that let you display additional merchandise right at the point of sale. This is especially valuable in jewelry stores where impulse purchases of lower-price items (gift sets, accessories, etc.) can increase transaction value significantly. Counters are available in black and silver finishes to match your display cases.
Do you offer bulk pricing for jewelry stores ordering multiple cases?
Yes — orders of 4 or more display cases qualify for bulk pricing discounts. The more you order, the better the pricing gets. How long does assembly take for display cases?
Most display cases take between 45 and 90 minutes to assemble. The first case typically takes the longest — once you know the process, each additional unit goes considerably faster. If you'd rather skip the assembly entirely, we offer an assembled delivery option where we build everything before it ships. See our assembly videos above for a full walkthrough.
What happens if something arrives damaged?
We replace it for free (must submit images of damage upon receiving order). Every order ships in a protective crate, but if damage does happen in transit: photograph the damage, note it on the delivery receipt, and send us the photos. We handle the freight claim and ship your replacement. You are never responsible for transit damage on our orders.
Can display cases be delivered pre-assembled?
Yes — for an additional shipping fee, we fully assemble your display cases, palletize everything, and crate it for safe freight delivery. This option is popular for store openings where time is tight. If you want your store ready to go the same day fixtures arrive, assembled delivery is the way to do it.
What is the difference between Full Vision and Extra Vision display cases?
Full Vision cases have a glass front and top, with solid sides — great for wall placement where the sides won't be visible. Extra Vision cases have glass on all four sides (front, top, left, and right), giving customers a full 360° view of the product inside. For jewelry stores where customers browse from multiple angles, Extra Vision is almost always the better choice.
What sizes are your jewelry display cases available in?
Full Vision cases are available in 48"×18"×38", 70"×18"×38", and 48"×18"×78". Extra Vision cases come in 48"×20"×38", 70"×20"×38", and 48"×20"×72". Can I customize the case to match my store's branding?
Yes — cases are available in black, white, maple, and cherry frame finishes to match your store's aesthetic. We can also add custom graphics or logos to the sides or kickplate panels. If you want a truly branded look, give us a call and we'll walk you through the custom options available.
How many display cases do you have in stock?
We typically have between 200 and 1,000 display cases in stock across all variations at any given time. If you need a large quantity for a store opening or expansion, call us early so we can confirm availability and lock in your pricing before you're ready to order.
How is my order shipped?
All orders are shipped via freight carrier. Your fixtures are packaged in boxes, palletized, and protected in a custom crate at no extra charge. The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment so you know exactly when to expect it — no surprise drop-offs.
Do you ship nationwide?
