Can you build display cases and counters to our exact dimensions?
Yes. Custom work is what we do most for large-format retailers. Send us a floor plan, a drawing, or even measurements written on a photo, and we'll build to your specific length, depth, height, glass configuration, and lighting layout.
Do I need finished drawings to get a custom quote?
No. A rough sketch, a photo of a fixture you like, or a set of measurements is enough to start. Call 1-800-292-5227 and we'll work out the details with you before quoting.
Can custom fixtures match our brand colors and logo?
Yes. Black, white, maple, and cherry are standard frame finishes, and we can produce other finishes on request. Custom graphics and logos can be applied to case sides, kickplates, and counter fronts.
How long does custom work take?
Lead time depends on the scope, finish, and quantity. We give you a timeline with your quote so you can plan around your remodel or grand opening date.
What can go into a custom checkout counter?
Glass fronts for impulse merchandise, interior shelving, storage, cutouts for registers and cabling, and branded panel fronts. Counters can be built as a single wrap desk or a modular run that fits your service area.
What is the difference between Full Vision and Extra Vision display cases?
Full Vision cases have a glass front and top with solid sides. Extra Vision cases add glass sides for maximum visibility from every angle — the better choice for island placements and high-value departments.
Do display cases come with locks?
Yes. Every unit ships with a plunger or ratchet lock and two keys as standard. Wall cases have built-in locks.
What lighting options are available?
Custom LED at 6,000K white light, installed on the sides, top, or all around the case. RGB color-changing LED is also available for feature displays.
How much weight can slatwall hold?
30 lbs per groove without inserts, and up to 100 lbs per groove with aluminum inserts. For heavy departments like housewares or hardware, we recommend inserts throughout.
What slat spacing should we use?
3" spacing is standard and the most flexible for merchandising. 6" spacing gives a cleaner shiplap look. Both use the same universal slatwall accessories.
What's the difference between wall and double-sided gondola?
Wall gondola sits against a wall and displays on one side. Double-sided gondola stands freestanding in aisles and displays on both sides. Standard heights run 48", 54", 60", 72", and 84", with 36" or 48" widths.
Do you install fixtures?
Yes — we install slatwall anywhere in the country. Call 1-800-292-5227 for an installation quote alongside your fixture order.
Do you offer bulk pricing?
Yes. Orders of 4+ display cases qualify, and slatwall qualifies at 10+ 4×8 panels. For a full store or multi-location rollout, request bulk pricing or call 1-800-292-5227.
Can fixtures be delivered pre-assembled?
Yes, for an additional fee. Shipping costs more but it saves substantial labor on a large build-out where you're setting dozens of units at once.
What happens if something arrives damaged?
We replace it at no cost. Photograph the damage, note it on the delivery receipt, and send us the photos — we file the freight claim and ship the replacement.
Where do you ship?
Anywhere in the US and the Caribbean Islands. Delivery appointments are free, so you'll know exactly when your order arrives.
Will you beat a competitor's price?
