Absolutely — the checkout area is prime real estate for impulse buys. Many pet stores use small slatwall sections, spinner racks, or tabletop displays near the counter for treats, small toys, and seasonal items. We can recommend accessories that integrate with your checkout counter setup.
How long does checkout counter assembly take?
Assembly time varies by size and configuration but most units are manageable with two people in a few hours. Each order includes assembly instructions and our video guides cover the process in detail. You can also opt for our Assembled Delivery service and have the counter ship ready to place.
How is slatwall delivered — can it use a lift gate?
Slatwall ships by freight. 4'×4' panels can use a lift gate — two people can typically offload without heavy equipment. 4'×8' panels cannot use a lift gate and must be manually offloaded one at a time by at least two people. The driver will schedule a delivery appointment so you can have help ready.

How do bulk discounts work?

What if my slatwall arrives with hidden damage?
If damage is visible on delivery, get an Exception Number from the driver, photograph everything, and you may refuse shipment. If hidden damage is discovered after delivery, call us immediately. We work with the freight carrier to resolve it at no cost to you.
How far in advance should I order before my store opening?
