We handle it at no cost to you. Photograph any visible damage, note it on the delivery receipt, and send us the photos. We file the freight claim and ship replacements. Damage-free delivery is guaranteed — and if something goes wrong, we make it right.

What is the difference between Full Vision and Extra Vision?
Full Vision cases have glass on the front and top — great standard visibility. Extra Vision cases add glass on both sides as well, giving 360° viewing from any direction. Extra Vision is the premium choice for dispensaries and creates a noticeably more upscale retail environment.
What sizes are available for display cases?
Full Vision cases: 48"×18"×38", 70"×18"×38", and 48"×18"×78". Extra Vision cases: 48"×20"×38", 70"×20"×38", and 48"×20"×72". Call us to confirm current stock on any specific size.

Every unit ships with plunger or ratchet locks and two keys as standard. Wall cases also have built-in locking mechanisms. The locking system allows budtenders to access products quickly while keeping everything secured from general access.
What are the standard slatwall panel dimensions?
Standard panels are 4'×8' (48"×96"), ¾" thick. 4'×4' panels are also available — easier for solo installers and great for smaller wall sections or tight spaces.
What slatwall accessories work well in a dispensary?
Hooks and faceouts work great for packaged products and accessories. Glass or wood shelves are popular for displaying jars and glass items prominently. Acrylic holders are useful for menus, cards, or informational signage. Baskets work well for lower-cost accessories and impulse buys near checkout.
